LA CAUSA is part of a competition on Good.is to establish a Camping Gear Library for LA CAUSA students.

The Camping gear will be used for our annual alternative Spring Break Trip. We take a group of students camping and put them to work on an organic farm. Students will also be able to check out camping supplies to go camping on their own. The camping gear will be able to any LA CAUSA student.  This grant will also allow LA CAUSA to expand the number of youth we take on our trips to 15, we usually borrow equipment from different sources. This will save us some time and will allow us time for more planning.
